Our Refund/Cancellation Policy

Full Refund (Within 24 Hours)

  • If we receive your refund request at support@linuxcert.guru within 24 hours of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund minus the payment gateway processing charges deducted by the payment provider.
  • Please note that gateway processing charges are non-recoverable and will be deducted from your refund regardless of the circumstances.

Prorated Refund (After 24 Hours)

  • If you request a refund after the 24-hour window, you will receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription period, minus the payment gateway processing charges.
  • Example: For a $39/month subscription, if you request a refund after 10 days (with 20 days remaining):
    • Prorated amount: (20 ÷ 30) × $39 = $26.00
    • Gateway processing charges will be deducted from this amount.
  • The decision regarding the final refund amount will be made at our discretion based on actual usage and remaining subscription period.

No Refund — Mock Exams & One-Time Purchases

  • Purchases of mock exams or any one-time add-ons are non-refundable under any circumstances.

How to Request a Refund

  • Provide your purchase or enrollment details, including the date of purchase, the plan purchased, and your reason for requesting a refund.
  • Allow us up to 2 business days to process your request. We may contact you to verify your request or to gather more information.

Additional Terms

  • Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. If that is not possible, we will work with you to find an alternative method.
  • Refund requests that do not meet the conditions outlined above will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
